Co-Founder & COO

Montse Medina is the co-founder and chief operating officer of Jetlore.

Montse has always been a passionate innovator. She earned a degree in Aeronautics, graduating as the top student in Spain. She lived in China as a researcher and came to the United States to pursue a PhD in Computational and Mathematical Engineering at Stanford University. After spending three years at Stanford, she took leave from the PhD program and started Jetlore alongside co-founder and CEO, Eldar Sadikov.

Jetlore, the leading AI-powered prediction platform for the world’s top retailers and beyond, is powered by its patent pending ‘learning to rank’ technology to analyze billions of customer-centric events and millions of products to interpret behavior at the semantic attribute level. With that deep knowledge of each consumer, Jetlore can rank and predict relevant content for each individual, ensuring that perfect shopper-to-product fit (and purchase) every time.

As COO, Montse’s responsibilities range from developing business strategies, overseeing data science projects and negotiating Jetlore's new office space to building predictive statistical models and serving as the GM of Jetlore in Spain and Latin America.

When she’s not busy wearing multiple hats like building big data systems or advising CMOs of the largest retail brands, she enjoys painting and indulging in the occasional reality tv show.
