Their unique business model blends wine sales with “Flash Sales,” constantly curating new wine collections and running down inventory of older items.


Challenges

Evino understands that each customer has a very unique and varied taste in wine and varietal, so the ability to understand customer preference was key.  Additionally, evino's unique combination of wine and flash sales required content that automatically accounts for quickly expiring deals and inventory. Because a wide variety of wines and deals are introduced often, the ability to immediately relate the correct wine to each individual customer was imperative. 


Solution

Evino deployed Jetlore’s AI-powered Predictive Layouts to dynamically rank, select, and insert product tiles into each individual’s emails. The format of the emails did not change, but the content of each email did - for each individual customer - attributing the engagement and sales lift to the individualized content served by the Jetlore platform. Jetlore’s ability to observe, adapt, and improve from one email to the next keeps offerings fresh, continually improving the customer experience. In the near future, Evino will deploy Jetlore’s individualized content to its website.
