Eldar Sadikov, CEO Eldar Sadikov is the co-founder and CEO of Jetlore. A computer scientist by training, Eldar spent time early in his career developing predictive statistical models for big data at Stanford University, Google, and Microsoft, prior to pursuing entrepreneurship. As a thought leader in the application of AI and algorithms for large-scale data mining, Eldar actively advises technology and marketing leaders and is frequently invited to speak at retail and big data conferences.  Eldar holds a MS in Computer Science from Stanford University and left the Stanford PhD program to start Jetlore with the goal of bringing cutting edge predictive statistical models to B2C businesses. Montse Medina,
Co-Founder & COO

Montse Medina is the co-founder and chief operating officer of Jetlore.

Montse has always been a passionate innovator. She earned a degree in Aeronautics, graduating as the top student in Spain. She lived in China as a researcher and came to the United States to pursue a PhD in Computational and Mathematical Engineering at Stanford University. After spending three years at Stanford, she took leave from the PhD program and started Jetlore alongside co-founder and CEO, Eldar Sadikov.

Jetlore, the leading AI-powered prediction platform for the world’s top retailers and beyond, is powered by its patent pending ‘learning to rank’ technology to analyze billions of customer-centric events and millions of products to interpret behavior at the semantic attribute level. With that deep knowledge of each consumer, Jetlore can rank and predict relevant content for each individual, ensuring that perfect shopper-to-product fit (and purchase) every time.

As COO, Montse’s responsibilities range from developing business strategies, overseeing data science projects and negotiating Jetlore's new office space to building predictive statistical models and serving as the GM of Jetlore in Spain and Latin America. When she’s not busy wearing multiple hats like building big data systems or advising CMOs of the largest retail brands, she enjoys painting and indulging in the occasional reality tv show.

Sergey Andreev,
Co-Founder & CTO

Sergey Andreev is Jetlore's co-founder and Chief Technology Officer. Sergey holds MS in Mathematics and Mechanics (2008) from St-Petersburg State University (Russia) and Professional Doctorate in Software Engineering (2012) from Technical University of Eindhoven (Netherlands).

A forward thinking technologist with tremendous experience building and scaling highly available distributed systems, Sergey's vision and expertise have greatly shaped the direction of Jetlore's platform. At Jetlore, Sergey now leads a multi-functional, multi-national team of talented engineers and Data Scientists to build and scale Jetlore's platform.

In his spare time, Sergey enjoys Basketball, Snowboarding, and Argentine Tango.

 

Stephanie Kaul,
Senior Director, Marketing

Stephanie Kaul is a highly accomplished marketing leader with 19+ years of  experience in enterprise software, e-commerce and streaming media. Stephanie has been a senior marketing leader for many venture-backed technology companies, responsible for building teams while launching products, programs, and invigorating brands.

Stephanie’s career started at Sun Microsystems (now Oracle) as the product marketing analyst for the Sun Internet Mail Server product. She went on to manage Sun’s Tech Days developer conference, with her final role at Sun serving as the marketing lead for JXTA, Sun’s peer-to-peer open source software. Stephanie left Sun to work for several early and mid-stage start-ups, including Atomz Inc. (ultimately acquired by Accenture), BlueSnap (formerly Plimus Inc), and Avangate. Most recently, Stephanie served as head of marketing communications for Conviva, the leading OTT experience management platform. 

Stephanie holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. When not determining what #SlippersOfTheDay to wear to work at Jetlore, Stephanie enjoys showing her champion cocker spaniels in dog shows and spending time with her husband and four children.

Chris Feroli,
Vice President, Sales

Chris Feroli is a highly consultative and successful sales leader with 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, e-commerce, consulting, and healthcare. Chris has held sales roles with innovative healthcare companies and eCommerce agencies, responsible for understanding the technical needs of customers and developing creative and successful solutions.

Chris’ career started providing technical sales and solutions in the operating room advising and educating both Orthopedic Surgeons and Neurosurgeons on advanced spinal surgeries. Upon transitioning into technology, Chris’ was a high performing sales executive at a boutique east coast marketing and eCommerce agency. He went on to manage a team of sales executives focused on Enterprise eCommerce implementations and marketing engagements.

Chris holds a B.A. in Sports Medicine from Denison University. He enjoys biking around San Francisco, taking on various cooking projects, and trips to Sonoma.

David Sanese,
Director, Customer Success

David Sanese brings more than 10 years of experience in SaaS software sales, consulting, and implementation from organizations across the United States;  he's worked extensively in the distribution, retail, and B2B/B2C sales industries in Chicago, Atlanta, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

After beginning his career in sales with large corporations, David transitioned into growth-mode start-ups.  He's held various roles building nascent service groups into consulting organizations who emphasize profitability and a unified customer experience from the purchase cycle to ongoing support.

David holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and a private pilot's license. In his spare time he enjoys boating with his family, College Football, wood-working, and spending time out-doors with his dog, Hank.
